Mastering Project Management – Bring the Principles, the Tools, and the Confidence to your Business and Your Clients

rfa-speaker-kathy-vines-2017-01-09-bod-2016-05-09Bringing greater understanding of project management principles, skills and tools, Kathy Vines (Clever Girl Organizing) will present on the many ways to get more comfortable with managing projects, and to use that comfort to help you bring those same skills to your clients. In addition to overall project management “best practices” and methods, she’ll also do an exploration and explanation of technology such as Evernote, and the many ways to incorporate this diverse tool in to your life, your business, and client’s lives.

About Kathy Vines

Kathy Vines is the owner of Clever Girl Organizing, a professional organizing firm based in Melrose, MA. Founded in 2013, Clever Girl Organizing brings order, serenity and clever solutions to all the spaces and systems in a home or small business. She holds Certificates of Study in both Chronic Disorganization and Basic ADD Issues with the Chronically Disorganized Client from the Institute of for Challenging Disorganization. She is a member of the National NAPO Membership Committee, and chairs the “Business Building Blocks” education subcommittee.

Prior to launching Clever Girl Organizing, Kathy was in human resources for 20 years and developed unique expertise in project management, risk oversight and executive coaching. She received a Bachelors in Psychology from Bucknell University and an MBA from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute.

— Cancellation Policy —

In case of inclement weather, the NAPO-NE Board of Directors may cancel our monthly NAPO-NE business meeting in order to ensure safety. Should there be a snow emergency declared in the city of Waltham, MA, the President and the Treasurer will make a decision regarding the meeting no later than 2:00 pm that same day. The President will direct the website chair to reflect the change on the NAPO-New England website, will send out an email to the membership, and will notify the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites of the meeting cancellation. Members should not call the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites. Liaisons to Programming, Greeters, Associate Members, Facilitator, etc. will contact appropriate people to inform them of the cancellation.
