Our clients have photos and videos throughout their homes and digital devices.  The topics are emotional, clients are rightly nervous about anything going wrong, and project scopes are difficult to predict.  Learn how to tackle this critical topic tastefully and strategically.

The presentation will help attendees  learn how to broach this important topic, determine the right motivation for progress, figure out the right place to start, and strike the balance between having enough expertise to gain trust without over-stepping and creating risk to your brand.

About Eric

Eric is the co-founder and CEO of EverPresent, Inc. This exciting, rapidly growing company digitizes old photos and videos for families and organizations, and helps them share cherished memories across generations.

Prior to co-founding EverPresent, Eric was as Senior Principal at the Parthenon Group, leading project teams across the firm’s Corporate, Education and Private Equity practices. Previously, Eric worked for five years as a political and public policy professional. His positions included campiagn management and communcations director roles on numerous statewide races, along with working as a speechwriter in the United States Senate.

Eric holds a BA with Distinction from Yale University and an MBA from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University.

— Cancellation Policy —

In case of inclement weather, the NAPO-NE Board of Directors may cancel our monthly NAPO-NE business meeting in order to ensure safety. Should there be a snow emergency declared in the city of Waltham, MA, the President and the Treasurer will make a decision regarding the meeting no later than 2:00 pm that same day. The President will direct the website chair to reflect the change on the NAPO-New England website, will send out an email to the membership, and will notify the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites of the meeting cancellation. Members should not call the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites. Liaisons to Programming, Greeters, Associate Members, Facilitator, etc. will contact appropriate people to inform them of the cancellation.
