Beginning September 2020
COVID-19 has been challenging for all of us and our businesses, but it’s given our chapter an opportunity to experiment with coming together as a community from a distance. We’re thrilled that our virtual meetings have been a success!
We’ve found that these meetings have been accessible to more people, so we’re going to start holding more of our chapter meetings virtually.
- All chapter meetings will now be on the second Tuesday of each month (with the exception of September, which will be on the third Tuesday)
- We will alternate between in-person and virtual meetings
- In-person meetings will be from 10:00am to noon (and include continental breakfast!)
- Virtual meetings will be from 6:00 to 8:00pm via Zoom
- Changes to the meeting structure will make them more lively and engaging

The new structure
We want to provide more ways for our members to connect, collaborate, and share with each other, so we’re adding opportunities for you to have meaningful conversations and ask for what you need.
Optional pre-meeting networking — 15 minutes before meeting start time

Business Partner spotlight — 15 minutes
Small-group breakouts — 15 minutes

What’s your ask? — 15 minutes
Are you looking for a specific referral, connection, or other resource to help your business? Now’s the time to ask your colleagues!
Featured speaker — 1 hour
Post-meeting open networking — after the meeting, at your leisure

As in the past, there will be no August meeting. If we feel it is still not safe to meet in person in September, we’ll switch back to Zoom until we’re comfortable meeting face to face.
