About Our Company

I'm on a mission to improve people's lives through organization.

I help my clients optimize their space, storage, files and time through the implementation of customized organizing approaches and systems delivered through on-site consultations and hands-on assistance.

I work with clients to understand their vision – what being organized means to them – and then adapt my approach to best meet their unique goals, situation and style.

It's deeper than just organizing: it's transforming the way my clients think about things and space. It's about revealing the design underlying the clutter and creating space for their vision to come to life.

Services Offered

Your Organized Home

I offer organizing services to help you unclutter virtually any area of your home: entryways and mudrooms; kitchens and pantries; closets and clothing; home offices, including filing systems; and basements, attics, garage and other storage areas.

Have a large and/or multiple homes? My services complement those provided your regular staff: seasonal wardrobe management, including consignment; specialty areas including libraries, butlers’ pantries and wine cellars; art and jewelry inventories; and transitioning between seasonal residences.

I help clients through all phases of the moving process including move project planning, home staging, downsizing (or upsizing), and unpacking and setting up new systems.

I can also help with the intangible clutter, through services geared to maximizing productivity and achieving best results: time management (goal setting, prioritization and calendar use), paper management (clearing the paper backlog and setting up efficient systems for mail handling, bill paying, tax prep and other filing), and information & technology management basics (document naming, file structures, security and backup).

I assist clients in a variety of work settings, helping them deal with the disorganization that can impact productivity.

My services address office organization, including space layout, decluttering and paper filing systems; digital information management, including email and computer files; goal setting, time management and prioritization; and communication and standard work processes.

About Me

I’ve been providing organizing and productivity services to clients in Boston and the west suburban area since 2003. My clients include individuals and families, self-employed and home-based professionals, small businesses, nonprofits and academics.

Previously I spent 10+ years in IT management consulting, gaining experience with consulting approaches and techniques, problem analysis and strategy development.

I also have 10+ years of experience in technology marketing support through which I developed a solid foundation in business and management techniques, technology, project planning and working on teams.

I bring an environmentally friendly perspective to my organizing projects. Whether establishing new systems or disposing of unwanted items for clients, I’m mindful of lessening the impact on the earth through reducing, reusing and recycling wherever possible.

Most importantly, I have a passion for improving people’s lives through organization.
