If you’re interested in marketing products or services to members of NAPO-New England, you can take advantage of a number of advertising opportunities. These include mailing labels for a one-time mailing to our membership, advertising in our quarterly newsletter and on our website, and networking opportunities at our monthly meetings.

As of 8/19/09, our advertising opportunities include:

Membership mailing labels: Purchase a complete set of regular and Associate Member address labels for a one-time direct mail solicitation. rate: $100*

*Associate Members (above and beyond two free per year) and Regular Members receive a 25% discount.

Resource table: Attend a NAPO-NE meeting and display marketing materials on the resource table for the duration of meeting. You may stand at the table to answer questions. rate: $40*

*Associate Members and Regular Members are free.

Quarterly e-newsletter advertising: Includes business logo, description of business and contact information. Ad must be fully edited and print-ready before submission. A copy of the newsletter(s) will be sent to the advertiser. NAPO-NE reserves the right to approve all copy/layout in advance for appropriate content. rates: Rates good through 8/31/2010*

NOTE: Newsletter Editor will determine advertiser limit.

Logo link on NAPO-NE website: Website banner ad includes business logo  and name, tagline, phone and website with hyperlink. Ad will run for one month on either the resources page or as a sponsor spotlight on the bottom of the homepage.

Event/meeting sponsorship: Support a NAPO-NE event (professional development seminar, monthly meeting or GO (Get Organized) Month event, etc.). Benefits include verbal acknowledgement at the start and end of the event, business recognition on agenda and handouts, and an opportunity to display signage and marketing materials.
Refreshments rate: $250 (sponsor sign at refreshment table included)
Meeting rate: $500
Special event rate: $1000
