The form below is used to forward the Board of Directors and Monthly Meetings minutes to the Web Chair for posting. These should be sent as soon as available.
Please note the following:
- You may send up to five Board of Directors Meeting Minutes documents and five Monthly Meeting Minutes documents in the same form.
- Minutes will be posted to the web site by the end of the month when they were submitted. Please check and notify firstname.lastname@example.org if your submission is missing.
- Send ONLY a PDF version of the minutes
- Use the following document naming conventions only so the website postings are consistent:
- Board of Directors Meeting Minutes: NNE BOD Meeting Minutes YYYY-MM-DD
- Monthly Meeting Minutes: NNE Monthly Meeting Minutes YYYY-MM-DD
